Returns

If the item is faulty we will cover the cost of returns. If the issue can be resolved in our studio we will amend the garment & return back to you at our cost. Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to make a return. Please email us at syrupunderwear@gmail.com to organise a return. In all other cases we have a no return/exchange policy due to hygiene reasons.
